In a deep bowl, combine the yogurt, warm water, warm milk, vegetable oil, yeast, and sugar and mix them well.
Gradually add the flour and salt, and knead until it becomes a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
After the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit).
Sprinkle some flour on the countertop and place the dough on it. Roll it and make small dough balls about the size of a tangerine.
Roll out each dough ball, not too thin and not too thick.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, fitting two or three at a time, and bake in the preheated oven at the highest temperature for 5-6 minutes until they puff up and become golden brown.
Repeat the same process until all the dough balls are baked.
Keep an eye on the oven while baking because they cook quickly.
